You can cancel your order yourself from the order-tracking page within 2 minutes of placing it, as long as the kitchen hasn’t accepted it yet. After that, please call the cart — once cooking has started we may not be able to cancel.
Refunds for online payments are initiated to the original payment method, usually within 5–7 working days depending on your bank.
